Over 90% of USD 365 elementary staff have already enrolled in or completed training on the Science of Reading—and that number is still climbing! This training helps teachers better understand how children learn to read, with the goal of strengthening literacy and improving outcomes for every student in our district.

Even though only certain PreK–6 teachers are required to complete this training by 2028, many others have joined in voluntarily. Their eagerness to learn and grow shows just how dedicated USD 365 teachers are to giving students the very best education possible.
