New teachers in our district participate in a peer mentoring program. In addition to regular meetings with their mentors, the group gathers monthly to learn and practice effective classroom strategies. These sessions provide support, collaboration, and real-world tools that lead to stronger instruction and student success. Together, we’re building confident educators and thriving classrooms.
